Yeah I'm starting to get stoked too. I am an east coaster, but I lived in CO for about four years and it looks like I'll be going back. I've been to Baker, Tahoe, all over CO and New England. I'm pretty happy about being able to get powder days again. If any of you guys want to buy a sick setup, I'm selling my old one before the new one comes in. It's a Volkl Conquer 160 with Ride EX bindings. It's honestly the best board I've ever ridden and I've been riding for about 15 years. For a while there I was getting over 100 days a year on the hill. I'm looking for about $250, board is in excellent condition.

We could only hope for half as much as Lake Tahoo got last year.

Baker looks like its going to make a run at Tahoes snowfall for last year. Theyre already 100% open and average something like 650 inches a year. Thats pretty tough to beat.

Skimboarding is not greater than anything. It's just something to do when you can't go wakeboarding and there's not enough swell for surfing.

Snowboarding was the easiest "extreme" sport I've ever picked up. Taught myself the 3rd say I saw snow, and after 3 days I was able to do basic rails and jumps. Anything that easy can't be greater than very much.

You guys need to pick up surfing, that's a sport that demands some serious respect.

Also props to you skaters/bikers. I've never been able to get a hang of that ish, but it's damn impressive.
