I absolutely loved those seats in my PL engined GTI!!! Which had autotech ###s? in it, quite a blast, about on par with VR6 swapped A2s! Are you documenting the digifant conversion or do you have a good writeup you are using? Too bad the car became a PITA to maintain, I do miss it some days.
