The renting market here is extremely cheap. I was surprised when I found it. I checked over in Indiana where I moved from and that would go easily for 1500-1600 monthly. Plus it has a garage which was what I was really looking for. Oh it has a pool in the backyard now, that video is old.

BAH! SoCal its an easy 2500 or more just like your guys, damn AZ got the hookups! My house payment for rent is $1000 for an 1800sqft 3Bedroom 2Bath 2 car garage built in early 90s, so AZs got it good!
