                        Didn't buy it but signed off on a year lease. This is my first house with MY OWN GARAGE!!!!! I'm fucking stoked!!! It is huge, 4 br 2.5 bath, 2600 sq. feet. 2 living rooms blah blah blah.

                                            Hell here I couldn't sniff that place for near $1,100 either. The place I am buying right now is just over 1,000 sq ft with 2 car garage and un finished bungalow attic and I can pull rent of $1,200-1,400 minimum for it monthly (it does have lake and beach access in a private community but still).
