I know EB and LLbean sell flannel lined Chino. The LL Bean are on the baggy side IMO. EB makes some nice stuff. The main Jcrew site does not have any flannel lined Chino. I ended up snagging what was the last few they had in stock. I know when I went to buy them in early fall they were sold out. Maybe I lucked into a restock or something.

If you want the edge in sales sub to your favorite makers. Emails everyday for deals and specials that a normal looker would never get. Cost nothing to subscribe and you save a ton of money. I got those lined Chino for 23.00 :)
