Maybe that is why I have used the frame rail from time to time.

Unfortunately, There's only 1 jack between my friend and I that fits under my frame rails, so I tend to use the stock spot.

My opinion is that the frame rails are the strongest point to jack from, but should always be jacked with a piece of wood (at least a foot long) between the jack and frame rail both to not scratch the undercoating and distribute the stress over a larger area of the frame rail for less chance of denting it. This will put less stress on your body than the "square" jack hole spots near the rock panels and less chance of damaging the body. I use the Esco flat top jack stands.

With my e30 jacked up I can open both the doors but noticed the drivers door is slightly harder to open.. strange.

Nice to see an S13 that isn't dumped on its ass, with stretched tires, on rims that barely fit.

I give the car back tomorrow :( I like this little thing. But I'm close to getting another car which will tide me over for awhile.

At the latest autox--I'm in the E30 shirt

Changing coilovers to Koni 8610/yellow setup

Trying to fix the odo (didn't work)

                        Got ahold of some scales--cornerweighting

2940# with a full tank and me in it (180#). Weight distribution 53.1/46.9. Cross weights now 49.7/50.3.

Tomorrow I clean the fuck out of it, wax it, and get an alignment, then give it back. So long 240, you were pretty cool.

My car is sitting and needs lots of work. It will get it but only after I get a DD.

I really like the car but it's not a car I could see myself owning. Not my style, so to speak. Definitely enjoyed the experience of "owning" temporarily though.
