3) Assuming you lose, request a trial de novo(a new trial). You will then be awarded a court trial. Continue to push the date. Construct a case and fight it. Plenty of loopholes with red light cameras by which you may win on a technicality depending on the judge. Maybe the officer won't show as well. You can also ask for reduced fines and sometimes get them.

It's just because student loans are racking up,
everyone in my family is nagging me due to having no space,
and I am about to get a *mint* benz 300e from my late grandfather in Tennessee.
(I don't know if I can even manage that benz either)

Again, it was a product of me being in school while shit happened back at home.
It actually happened last summer, when I was driving around in the Peugeot, with the phone on speaker phone in my hand.

2)I'm going to try and go before a judge and:
a)Tell him that I'm a broke student going to UCSD, I row for the school 6 days/week hence have no time to have a job, and cannot afford
b)Also tell him that I wrongly was advised to take traffic school for a handsfree ticket, in which I believed I was doing no wrong
