And not ALL Prius drivers suck but most do, so we do tend to round the number up to 100%. My dad has two of them and gets a new one every year on rotation. He drives them to keep the miles of his Vette and E-type.

His father-in-law drives a Prius too...and a Ferrari.

To the OP: That sucks, I hate it when someone else tears your shit up and then denies it. It's really disrespectful and I hope they pay to get it fixed like it was before they hit it.

USAA adjuster called at 650am LOL he was ready to check out the damage. Luckily he called and didnt just come and "check the damage" because my brothers f10 is sitting in the driveway and I have the e90 with me somewhere else. He called as I was typing, hope he doesnt blow this shiit off. Will update in a bit.

Update:

Just finished speaking to the adjuster, very friendly guy, told me how it would go. He wasn't able to provide an estimate on the damage but he says it can be repaired. I didn't say anything on whether I would want it repaired or replaced. Just so the insurance companies can work it out.

I should be receiving a reply with what they are going to do by tomorrow. Hopefully the time + labor costs + paint to try and repair the bumper would cost more than buying an OEM primered replacement bumper + paint.

If I am not mistaken most shops have the labor rate range of 50-80/hr

If the sanding, filling, molding and putting the primer on is at least a 8hr job than wouldn't a replacement preprimered replacement that costs 350-600 be cheaper?

On getbmwparts my bumper is listed as $453, which to me is an obvious choice. But lets see.

True Story on why i hate prius's: Me and friend are on highway 101 (san jose area) and were chilling going the speed limit, this was before i had an e30 we were in my friends beatiful matte black one. some prius that was swerving through traffic. tries to cut from the lane directly left of us all the way to the lane directly to the right of us to avoid our car and the car next to us. the prick driver was a hick and he nails my friends right rear of the car. and pretty much pulls the pit manuver on us and we start spinning around in traffic luckily to not hit anyone. but the prius driver gassed it off the next exit and took off. my friend was stuck with all the damage and we were scared shit less lol..

Yea I stick to my belief that Prius drivers here in the Bay Area specifically are complete and utter horrible drivers and people. NOT ALL but a majority are.
