With Boot Camp, you can install Microsoft Windows 10 on your Intel-based Mac, then switch between macOS and Windows when restarting your Mac.

Follow that exactly. BCA will do the USB/drivers process for you.
Drivers if you are not dual booting.
BTW holding C is to boot from CD....that was days of old.

For those that may want a list of Windows versions supported on which Macs
Honestly though, for the most part Windows on a Mac isn't great, as the drivers are not the greatest in a few key areas.

Virtualbox is pretty good too unless you plan on gaming. Then again gaming would suck on a macbook air regardless. Just make sure you give windows access to 2gb memory minimum

I run it on my macbook air, granted mine is spec'd to the max.

update on my macbook air install i made a uefi bootable usb with win 7 x64, it wont boot when holding C (constant white screen), i restarted and used option, it showed my uefi usb flash drive, i proceed to continue with boot, and on the top of the screen a black bar, with a blink of colors then back grows from the top to 1/8th of the screen and just stops. so idk man any ideas? its a 2012 macbook air, and i made sure to follow the correct way to install windows on the flash drive so that the MB would want to boot from it.

    Computer thread!!!

Saw my old Nzxt source 210 case in the shed earlier, and was trying to figure out what to do with it. Ended up stuffing some old audio equipment in it.

    Alpine 4ch amp
    Coustic Crossover
    Random dell powersupply

Also rigged up an old e30 A/c switch as an on/off button. Hooked up a set of vintage Technics shelf speakers and a 12in ported sub. This little sucker bumps to put it lightly. Have some 120mm fans up top to keep it cool, and I'm quite happy with the turn out. Semi portable amp power ftw.

Wondering if I can fit a single din unit in it somewhere...
