Got myself a Windsor 5.0 from an NC model Fairlane.

From wiki.

The 5.0-litre engine was not identical to the one used in the United States Mustang and other passenger cars. For reason of better durability and perhaps cost, it was the Canadian made Windsor engine used in the North American light truck and 4WD models.

Does this mean it's what's commonly referred to as the Explorer 5.0? Also, is that a better engine to swap into the E30 than a Mustang 5.0?

I thought it was funny that it happened to that liberty walk ferrari. If it was something that you couldn't just order new OEM parts, or pull them off your own shelf and slap them on, I'd feel much worse.
