            On the topic of jobs, I have to say, it is very important to have good leadership where you work. That's one of the best things about where I work. The leadership and atmosphere make you want to be here. Also, they make sure you're appreciated. The three of us have been busting ass for months on a remodel of the main floor (we do a lot of moving in addition to just IT work), so the President pulled us into his office and gave us all a $200 bonus for all of our work. It feels really nice to be so appreciated.
