the illuminas are pretty dam good.
the blue HD for the rear are good, but about 1 inch too tall, long for lowered cars, when we jack up the rear, the springs can fall out (known on ground control / eibach springs).

Is the website not working for everyone, or is it just me? Every time I go through the Make-Model-Year process it takes me back to the same page again. I'm looking for rear HP struts for a 1992 Toyota MR2 if anyone wants to help.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

Damn, $150 each. I'll just go with Bilsteins for that price. I've seen the blues I'm looking for for $75ish each other places. Does anyone have an opinion/review on e30 Illumina struts?

ive had the illumina adjustibles on my cabrio for years with gc 350/525 springs and they're awesome.

1 is really stiff, and 5 is soft, i keep it on 3, and can drive over a brick laid road without any cd skipping.
and can take turns hard enough, fast enough to make the cd ---not play at all.. until i straighten out.

been on the track with this car too, handles great, and the only complaint i have is the rear blues have a long shock, so i had to get the gc upper mount to keep my rear springs from falling out when i raise the rear up. (which doesn't happen any longer since i got the upper shock mounts).

lifetime warranty, adjustable, and a fraction of the cost of koni (which i would buy if i had tons of cash)
