Both of those services are garbage and don't provide specifics on what you need. +1 on the lifting the OC requirement. For example, I'm a professional web dev and specialize in Wordpress but I'm on the east coast. However I do have clients in Cali. PM me if you still need.

Its all about what you want, none of these come in comparison to what you can make typing out all the code from scratch. The point was it was an easy way for him to keep a good site working while he looks for a professional.
