So I called the temp agency I work for.

The explaned that my hours for last week are in the system. Due to yesterdays holliday somepeople don't getthere checks to tommrow.

They also said the issue with the previous missing hours is up to the boss. And if doesn't approve then I'm sol.


And people wonder why I'm such a manhater. Sorry guys.

The harassment is bullshit, especially sicne you have made it clear its not a joke to you and you don't. Find it funny. Keep a tally of your hours and what you do every day. There are nice little notebooks that fit in your pocket. Take pics with your phone (assuming you can). When you see your getting screwd on your hours with a shop clock in the frame, to show you were there and working.

I will and do put up with a ton of shit at work, but I will not tollerate someone fucking with my money, I worked it. No w pay me what you owe me. The issue is being on with a temp firm, you have little recourse with the facilty your working for, as you really don't work for them

I agree. AZ is a right to work state though, so they could can her anytime they feel like it. With that said, having documented and recorded incidents will help in a lawsuit.

That is not what "right to work". Means. In a right to work state, if your employed by union shop or contractor, you don't have to pay any union dues, but the union is required to give you the same protections and benfits a dues paying memeber would be afforded. Right to work was a way to try and keep unions out of the mines in the western states.

You are thinking of "At Will Employment". Where you can be shit caned for wearing a purple shirt and your boss does not like purple, or for choice of shit paper you like to use. Your employment is "at the will" of the employer. Yes AZ is both a right to work and at will state

all i can tell you is temp agency give shits about their employee. i'm done working through them. best you can do is complain to the agency and record it. if nothing is done within months, lawsuit! best of luck

if he makes comments and touches you, you need to tell him to stop/make attempts to let him know it's not cool. if he proceeds to do it then you get a lawyer and file a law suit. You will win a good amount of money, beleive me. you won't get anywhere without telling him no first because if he doesn't know it's not cool with you then how will he know to stop. once you establish that it's not cool and he keeps at it then you have a case.
