Because then you have proof of you telling him and how he reacted about it. So if he does it again and you complain you will have proof that you warned him and he continued.

Right, back to the OT, don't jump with the first work place lawyer you hook up with. Do some research first on their case history etc. Not all lawyers are equal.

If you will the case, you may find it difficult to find employment after the case so make it count. It should not happen, but thus is real life and it does happen, especially in AZ where it is a right to work state.

you should read about Federal Title VII [7] issues , i think this is falls under that. major liability for the corporation, they are responsible for the supervisor as well as the supervisor directly.
also probably need to confirm your sexual preference, i can probably assist [pic required prior to confirmation excersise though]
