Well you got an attorney so, no point in asking us for advice he will tell you everything you need to do. As WhyNot kind of suggested you will be asked your sexual preference in court and probably have to prove it somehow. I am not sure about cases in the USA but in Australia a someone who has been sexual harassed is treated as the criminal in court until prove otherwise.
From what I have seen and heard Sexual Harassment cases it can get very ugly, so be prepared for anything and everything, Document everything as others have said, but not just onto a piece of paper. That is hard to authenticate in court maybe, see if your attorney will accept emails from you, that way every time something happens you can send an email to your attorney and have a paper trail.
Another thing is to make sure every time something happens, alert his supervisor preferably by email. This way if they ask why did you not deal with his supervisor directly you can say you did and have a documented history of every time.
