A poor, innocent picked on black man who just happened to head up and run the "Crips", the most violent and dangerous gang in california and the united states. This poor, misunderstood soul shot and killed 4 people execution style in a convienence store in a crack fueled rage.

What charlie state is the root of the problem in the inner city. Everyone talks about these pieces of shit while many sucessful black men and women I know got where they are by leaving that kind of bullshit. Its 1:40am PST now.....just clicked off the tube & headin' for bed. Tookie declared dead at 12:35am local time. I echo the comments of Charlie and the like.....this guy was a POS and did not do society any favors. I don't care if he wrote childrens books and help sway potential gang-bangers from taking the wrong path in life. The man killed 4 innocent lives in cold blood, he got what he deserved.
