Hmm I don't know the exact cross streets to the parking lot but it is very close to the newport marina. I have a thread full of pictures for reference.

I think you are talking about El Moro Bay? That's my favorite california beach so far. It is right after Corona Del Mar and right before Laguna Beach. Killer spot.

Here are some spots that I have chosen via Google maps. In order:

1. El Toro MCAS
2. Newport and Jamboree
3. Yorba Linda HS
4. Bell Ave & Redhill Ave in Tustin. Southeast corner looks like it has some interesting surfaces and backgrounds
5. Black Gold Golf Course
6. Yorba Linda Country Club
7. Brea Dam
