Had you not dipped out of the way she would have just smashed into you. Had you of not dipped in front of her she probably would have reacted too late to the stalled semi and either smashed into it going as fast as she was or freaked out and slammed into the side of you and about four other cars. Just be glad that the concrete divider was there.
Everyone half expects bmw drivers to be dicks anyway. I once clipped a bicyclist in a snow storm. The guy hits my fender swerves almost wrecks looks back at me cursing then goes about his day. I was so confused I just drove on as well. Its almost as if we get a free asshole pass.West German BMWs, they just don't make the same as they did before the wall fell.
