    Tried something new today. The wife and I have crazy schedules and have been trying to get the gym in at the end of the day. Ends up burning up our evening and we stay up way to late. So we decided to go before our day started. We walked into the gym at 5:15 this morning.

    I freakin loved it, training fasted, it was like my adrenal glands kicked into overdrive. I just had water, no pre workout or anything, crazy pump and really vascular.

    Might throw in some BCAA tomorrow and see if that makes any difference. All in all, I plan on keeping this up, it was a crazy good chest day.

    Should be pulling 435 today. Can't wait. Doing 531 everyday as scheduled vs 4x/week is awesome.

    Did a nice little clean carb load last night with some shrimp tacos and white rice........WHY?
