This single exercise will make you look more powerful and scary-looking in just a short amount of time. Here’s how to do it.

ooooh....The 'and' was more for two separate things consumed together but separately in the same meal... But I'd imagine that isn't out of the realm for some people!

(okay that last part was partly a joke... guess which one.)

What a bitchin feeling afterwards! Who needs coke or adderol?

So basically, the only supplement that truly works is protein powder (for a standard healthy non-deficient human). And to be honest with you, I stopped buying protein powder about 3 months ago. Instead, I put that money into eating twice the amount of fatty meat. I've seen better gains since doing so than ever.

I was going to put down the article since he cites no sources but it was written by the examine.com folks. That's an excellent website.

Good to know abotu the snatch high pulls. I dont isolate, just the big lifts, but I may switch over to some body building for the summer until winter.

Until then, check this out. Mehdi from Stronglifts has been pushing these guys book pretty hard but its pretty interesting.... I use Glutamine supps. Now I feel like I'm wasting my money!
