Nice squat! Bar speed was fast man, you cant throw another 10 on that? My best squat days are the ones where Im guilted into throwing more weight on from the homies.

Danke. Lots of problem with the squat though. I should be sitting back initiating with my hips more, my upper back isn't as tight as it should be, and I slightly GM'd it on the ascent. I honestly wasn't having the best of squat days AND I lost my god damn wrist wraps earlier this week. Fucking no clue where they went, my wrists were crying after this session. You can just tell how my hands were cocked back, my wrists are usually in line with my forearms. Stupid shoulders.
I moved the weight at least.

Looks pretty good. It is my opinion that you aren't throwing your hips back and activating them at the bottom. I say this because it looks like you are kind of on the fronts of your feet. I could be wrong from the angle of the video, but utilize those shoes and throw those hips back, you won't fall over.Comment

My body went total skitzo on a straight keto diet.......I did the modified version of backloading for awhile. I couldn't focus at all when I was in a full ketogenic state, contrary the the so called clarity and energy you're supposed to have. I know it works, I lost fat, and have many buddies that still do it. Just wasn't for me.
When it affects my job in a bad way I can't screw with it.sigpic
