I was going to put down the article since he cites no sources but it was written by the examine.com folks. That's an excellent website.

So basically, the only supplement that truly works is protein powder (for a standard healthy non-deficient human). And to be honest with you, I stopped buying protein powder about 3 months ago. Instead, I put that money into eating twice the amount of fatty meat. I've seen better gains since doing so than ever.

Eeerryyyday all the time. I found a pharmaceutical grade creatine sold by hard rhino labs I've been using for a couple years.

Ain't into getting too big but honestly, as lame as it sounds... I follow some of the workouts that sixpackabs guy has on youtube. I bike 5miles to the gym for cardio, workout, 5miles back and then munch on chicken and hemp protein in a smoothie! It seems to be working since the girls be washing their clothes on my abs. (okay that last part was partly a joke... guess which one.)

What a bitchin feeling afterwards! Who needs coke or adderol?

ooooh....The 'and' was more for two separate things consumed together but separately in the same meal... But I'd imagine that isn't out of the realm for some people!

This single exercise will make you look more powerful and scary-looking in just a short amount of time. Here’s how to do it.

                          Back day....BACK DAY!!!

There are some body parts that I have a hard time pushing beyond if you know what I mean. Legs for instance, takes all my mental capacity to really push myself. Not back, I abuse it, brutally like an unwanted red head stepchild. Want to look big, Back shoulders and neck, GO WRECK YOUR POSTERIOR CHAIN BOYS!

OHHH. I already do this just to mentally prepare for doing snatches. Its sort of my warm up. I'll load up the weight this time and just do this. Thanks for the recommendation fellas. My traps are not where I want them to be.

Also, a guy at my gym that comes in every now and then (he trains at an oly club) recommended this book to me a while back. I think Im gonna pick it up and give it a read.
