    Old movies

How often do you watch older movies? When I get a day off on the road we tend to hang out and have a few biers and watch a flick and laugh.

    What have you watched recently?

One of our favorites. Peter Sellers is great in this. A lot of big name actors got their start in this.

This is another one, I have been bring with myself.

Breakfast at Tiffany's. Yes, a chick flick but still a classic.

A Philidelphia Story. If you consider yourself a movie buff you have to watch it. 3 of the greatest actors of all time on the same screen.

Some Like it Hot. Despite being dated, it's actually pretty funny. Plus Marilyn is a babe by any standards.

A Bronx tale, not that old, but I've quoted this movie so many times.

The cinematography is unmatched even today, aside from the dumb "split picture" thing.

Recent ones that I have watched are Grand Prix, Vanishing Point (Original), Easy Rider, Le Mans, The Great Escape, and Two-Lane Blacktop. Two-Lane Blacktop is probably one of my favorite and if you get a chance to watch, I strongly suggest you do. Very excellent movie with great cinematography and at the same time, very minimal.

Cool Hand Luke is awesome. The term Mullet stemmed from CHL, I believe.

I love just about any movie with Clint Eastwood, Steve McQueen, Paul Newman, Lee Van Cleef, or Eli Wallach. The only DVDs that I bother to buy are the old classics. I just watched these ones again recently.

It's a television series. Look it up if you don't believe it.
