I use a G25 wheel. Takes a bit to get used to, if you have been using a controller for a long time. However, it is totally worth it, as you can really smooth out your inputs.

gah I struggle to get into the 2:16s. I'll work at it tomorrow and see where I end up, I'd be happy in 2:15s.

I use bumper cam or roof cam. I dont like the whole view of car or inside for competition.

I can shave another 0.5 off with a perfect lap, but doubt I can do much more than that with a controller.

^^ so true - I've been fighting the urge to invest in a wheel setup..
perfecting every corner is crucial for a great lap, especially the first slowww righthand hairpin. I've found that diving into it in second from the far left of the track and then controlling wheelspin coming out of it and getting to the far right for the next turn is the only way to do it. At least if you miss that turn, it's early enough to just restart the lap..
                      Make the bastard chase you.

Yeah, I've been debating the same thing. For now I think I'd rather put that money towards my car though.

It still goes until midnight tonight, but I doubt anyone will catch him. I might try to get a few laps in after work tonight, but need a full second that I don't think I can do.
