Since it was a 5th gen camaro. All you needed was a bag over your head to drive it..

Totally fake to the point the Jeff Gordon wasn't even driving:

Yesterday Pepsi released an ad featuring Jeff Gordon terrifying a used car salesman by taking him on a vomit inducing test drive. Like any of these videos, it's a fun watch... if a little fake. But it's actually way faker than we initially thought: Jeff Gordon did not drive the car and every single person in the video was an actor.

"It was obviously fake, but it was still fun to watch. I knew it wasn't Jeff Gordon because the driver turned the steering wheel both ways."

it was fake, because NO dealer will let you JUST Drive the car. They want a copy of your licence and even it was fake they would run it,to make sure he can qualify to buy it.

              Whaaa?
I test drove all kinds of cars before I bought my last one. From bmws to camaros, to rx8s. Never was I questioned. I ordered my 2012 Jetta specially equipped with no down payment, qualifying, or even a license check. I guess they trust adults?
That being said, the whole thing was fake.

Not exactly true. I walked into the local Ford dealership when I knew they had a Boss 302 in stock, asked about a base V6 mustang instead but slowly made my way over to the 302. Next thing I know I'm WOT in a 302. I'm only 19 so there's no way I can afford a Boss 302... but they didn't really care. But yes they did make a copy of my license.

When i sold Fords for a while, I generally didn't give a shit who they were, as long as they provided me with a copy of their license and let me come for a ride.
If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!

Nope. Niello BMW and Vw allowed me to test drive cars when I lived in Sac. Maybe it's me.... None of the sales people were female though. Hmmmmmm ;)

A month or so ago, I test drove a 2013 Camaro SS. No license check or anything, I didn't even give my last name. He even knew that I was 18.
I've done this with quite a few cars already, I kinda feel bad actually for being dishonest about being interested in buying cars when I actually have no intention to do so.
