    Anyone have a Z4M Coupe?

    Look at the title dickshits.

Anyone have any experiences with one? Any weird problems that aren't common to an s54?

Looking like a douche in the first sentence of your thread?

Sounds like you need a Lagunaseca e46 M3.

They're fast, sexy, and expensive why would presume that anyone on r3v would own one?

                    I do! Only it's a sedan. And it doesn't have an S54. And it's an E30. I own an E30.

lol to all the jealous poor people.

The Z4M's are great cars...S54s are also great engines, as long as you maintain them properly (adjust those valves!). The M coupe chassis doesnt have any huge flaws like the E46 M3 can... I would just keep up with the recommend maintenance and dont forget about alignments, as they are known to have some camber wear in the rear.

If I had the money and the lack of testicles (OMG LOL), I would purchase one.

...and take the engine/trans out to swap into my e30...

IMO they are great sports cars with a scary flaw. The handling on the limit is unpredictable, and may change on you. Same type (but not to the extreme) of problem that Senna had in the Williams that killed him. As a fun car to slightly push the limits I think it is awesome, but if you want to AutoX or trackday with it, I personally would look elsewhere. I have not owned one, just driven a few.

Great car for DD or track days. The roadster is pretty darn stiff, an awesome car in its own right.
