No I told them we were moving to GA but they sensationalized our reality. I did know we would be going to the show with family, but did not expect coverage on any scale. The convo started because of my t-shirt which says "I'm the reason the rum is all gone"

Thanks again for all the reply's. So I will be an georgia resident July 1st. Let the expedition begin. I hope to gain some type of employment prior to going, if not I will be looking for anything to do when I get out there.

Shes has only had trouble one time when a homeless guy punched her while she was running but I'm pretty sure she just kept going.

I live north of Atlanta, in the Cumming/Alpharetta area. Great place to live. Highly ranked public schools. Super safe. Close to Lake Lanier, 40 minutes away from Atlanta and about 1 hour away from the mountains. Lots of great driving roads up north too.

Understatement. Suches, basically from Dhalonega up to the border is the mouth of the Appalachia and nothing but mountain stretches with little towns at each end.

Word, if you can use a weekday its the best time. The roads are empty. Avoid Sunday afternoon. Its rural GA (aka a few hundred thousand elderly in Buicks after church).

Ga is by far the best state in the US.

1. Your close to Florida, Tn, Alabama, SC, NC
2. Its hot!
3. Great BMW community
4. Average speed is 80mph on the highways
5. After you get out of ATL its a beautiful state to travel/sight see
6. Great E30 roads through the mountains in Blue Ridge
7. Women are gorgeous!

Do I need to keep going?????? I love this place and I live in Marietta. Great place to live! If i were you i would move to canton, woodstock, marietta, kennesaw
