I've had two surgeries for a stage 3 varicocele... Kinda ruined my 20s so far.

Dude I had this too... No party. Worst recovery pain Ive ever had. Its a shame Mr Burns, you and I arent closer. We could get together and commiserate about our ballbags and maybe grope each other a bit just to feel better.

I've had it a couple of times. On both occasions it cleared up relatively quickly (much better in a week, pain free in two) on just oral antibiotics. Hang in there.
