I rock a G-shock my girl got me for my 19th bday. I'm very active and very hard on any clothing/accessories that come with me so the shock is perfect. I've worn it nearly every day almost four years and it has been through everything, still working strong.
Eventually I'll invest in one of the solar-powered G-shocks that has a moon calendar or tide schedule.
I dig nice pieces though.Different strokes for different folks.

I posted these on the other thread but here they are again. I have a thing for mechanical watches, no batteries here.
The cheapo, keeps resonable time:
Vintage Omega Seamaster, keeps perfect time:
And the 1902 Elgin pocket watch, has a broken mainspring. Sadly this isn't worth the $ to fix. Supposedly it was completely gone through just before I got it. Its never worked for me.
