yeah, but a bunch little things added up will do something. I took a buch of notes all over the police report, and have some real good ones. He said he paced me at 105, which i probably was going that fast, but right before that he said i was weaving in and out of traffic all over the place not using my signal ect, so how could he reliably pace me? the cars wouldnt have gotten out of his way in time to let him keep a constant 105mph, becasue he didnt have his lights on yet. (he talks later about turning them on) he also said that he had to accelerate to well over 120, and as he drove by people, they would point to him, then point towards me. How the fuck could you see that at well over 120? He also said that after he pulled me over, the people that were driving by were honking, cheering, and claping their hands. By the time i pulled over and stopped all the people that witnessed it would have driven past us.

And there is no MPH over in oregon that is considered reckless driving, unless the cop i asked at a class i went to was lying
