Look, I can do it too.
"Of course the people dont want war...that is understood. But voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country." -- Hermann Goering, 2nd in command to Adolf Hitler

I'm an ignorant 17 year old.
Well most of you will call me an ignorant punk that doesn't respect law enforcement but here are my views... because freedom of speech.
The kid has broken no laws through out the whole video? correct.
This is a DUI check point, He was confronted by a man (from what i see in the video) who is false into power. Now the officer has "pushed" By using his 'power' In which he says "That's fine ?" Now the officer was pretty polite, asked how his night was but then wants the young man to roll down his window. (I would have rolled down my window, It's a DUI check point. The officer should be able to see you, smell you.. and get an overall view of what he is looking at for safety issues to the public.) But with that being said he refuses and still has not committed any crimes.
The kid is also polite and stays within his legal limits, even replies with sir.
After the officer has lied to him about it's against the law to not tell him his age (which the kid still complies with) he then tells him to pull to the side. A simple question of whether or not he is being detained arises which is not answered. The officer keeps using the intimidation factor to try and control the young man. The kid still stays within his legal limits and is calmly answering questions.
The kid does not consent to searches and then a dog crawls all over his vehicle. (Don't act like you wouldn't be pissed.) Now after the dog "signal's" they are able to search his car. To find nothing, this is harassment.
They had no rights to a search and no indications of him Driving Under the Influence. Stand up for your rights america, they are being stolen from you.The Shit Boxes

Liberty must at all hazards be supported. We have a right to it, derived from our Maker. But if we had not, our fathers have earned and bought it for us, at the expense of their ease, their estates, their pleasure, and their blood. – John Adams, 1765
I don't think it's an indication of "brainwashing" to note that our personal freedoms have historically been diminished, although I concede your point that some alarmists carry it to extremes. Do you disagree that police misconduct is a problem?
Is it too much to ask the professionals to adhere to the law even when perturbed or aggravated?sigpic
