I havent had much experience in a lot of other states, But Ive had a TON in NJ. Esp aroudn the shore towns for my job.
Seemingly, whenever there is a left lane camper, its 90% from out of state. Im glad NJ drivers get it. NJ isn't really too bad. Maybe I'm just aware of a lot when Im driving so I can prepare for situations.
I was on the Cayman islands a few years back, and that was BRUTAL. People never even looked before pulling out (and that was the locals used to the lane swap. tourists, even though got confused at times, would at least look both ways.
