That's pretty cool. Never thought about tracking total weigh lifted. I write in a book but added everything up.
    Good luck!

I am in the same boat.
I hide my weight well due to my stocky build, so nobody I meet believes I am 210 lb at 5'10". (dad was 5'8" and 235 with a 48" chest)

I used to be in great shape, but turning 35, 4 years ago and becoming a father 8 years ago, has not been kind.

    Good luck in your pursuit!

Sweet man! just post up weight lifted and we'll go at it together!
Perfect, I'm the same way, after high school was over and I didn't go to football practice every day, the pounds started to creep on.

I'll post up tonight after the gym as well.

This is interesting. I've never thought of lifting a specific amount of weight, but this would help you track it very well.

If you don't mind me asking how tall are you?

I am in. I agree, I've always struggled with just keeping track and getting the habit going.

    I am 280LBS. 6'6"

    Million Pound Challenge **Weightlifting**

My wife and I are doing a 90 day fitness challenge to get in better shape.....well I need to, she's supporting me (she's gorgeous).

Our goal is to lose a combine total of 20lbs. and lift 1 million pounds of weight in the gym.

I thought this would be a good place for me to go public and track progress as this community has a way of being brutally honest and seek some accountability for those that might care. If you want to join me hop on and we can do it together. Lifting a lot of weight is one thing, but I'm sick of being that guy that's sexy.......until he takes his shirt off.

Who's with me? I'll post my first weight amount after the gym tonight. Starting body weight is 250lbs. as of this morning.
Working...
