Chest and shoulders is Tuesday and it is one of my more advanced workouts.
That is good, I won't count push ups either. And I think for abs you should count as long as you are pushing weight or full body weight. Like leg raises where you are hanging in the push up position and raise your legs to the bar you are holding onto I am going to count for body weight. But I am not going to count crunches.
So 45,375 - 5610(push ups)= 39,765 for today. 1,000,000 - 39,765= 960,235lbs in 89 days to go.
What kind of pics? While we are lifting like OP and his wife? The most important part about lifting is diet. You need to be eating you BMR(Body Macronutrient Ratio, look it up) Eat proper amount of good food, stay away from the junk. Plenty of rest and lots of water.make sure you post pics, and if results are good i would be interested in hearing your routine and diet.
im really young (21) and in the last four or five years i went from a skeletor 5'10" weighing 125lbs to now, same height 5'10" but i weigh 165. im very active but the pounds really packed around my mid body, gave me a bit of a belly and a booty.
ive been getting to the gym when i can but thats not all the time, my main focus is trying to better my diet and doing more abdominal workouts.
hope this goes well for you OP!
If you want my work out I will post it here every day I work out. Each exercise(if you don't know it look it up), each set of each reps.
Glad to be part of your crew. Lets do this!Leave a comment:

Me and my dad are gonna be kicking it off pretty soon too. We're the same height and weight which baffled me
Although everyone estimated him at 20 lbs more which absolutely killed me
Anyway, good luck everyone I hope to post results once we start up!

I say just use best judgement on stuff.
Dude, if you're just doing all Oly stuff, don't fret, they are some really complex motions that require skill. Good work dude!Here is yesterdays workout:
Snatch
5x45x5 = 1125
88x3 = 264
Clean + Jerk
88x5=440
98x5=490
133x5=665
155x2=310
Squat
135x5 = 675
185x5 = 925
225x3 = 675
245x1 = 245
255x1 = 255
Pull Ups
1x10 @ 175lbs = 1750
1x5 @ 175lbs = 875
Total = 8,694
Seems weak. I guess I am doing the most complicated lifts possible though..
Million pounds in 90 days. Good work man keep it up!Ahhh.. What the heck, why not
Cardio:
25 Mins
Bench Press:
135 x 10 = 1350
155 x 10 = 1550
45 x 25 = 1125
65 x 15 = 975
135 x 10 = 1350
I then preceded to push out a massive 5 pound dump; not sure if that should count or not, but I'll include it anyway
Dump:
5-pounder variety x 1 = 5
Total to date (starting 9/10):
6355
