Me and my dad are gonna be kicking it off pretty soon too. We're the same height and weight which baffled me Although everyone estimated him at 20 lbs more which absolutely killed me Anyway, good luck everyone I hope to post results once we start up!

I wasn't sure on pushups or abs either... so I just din't count those haha.

There are a few other things I didn't count because I didn't know how.
That is good, I won't count push ups either. And I think for abs you should count as long as you are pushing weight or full body weight. Like leg raises where you are hanging in the push up position and raise your legs to the bar you are holding onto I am going to count for body weight. But I am not going to count crunches.

        So 45,375 - 5610(push ups)= 39,765 for today. 1,000,000 - 39,765= 960,235lbs in 89 days to go.

im really young (21) and in the last four or five years i went from a skeletor 5'10" weighing 125lbs to now, same height 5'10" but i weigh 165. im very active but the pounds really packed around my mid body, gave me a bit of a belly and a booty.
ive been getting to the gym when i can but thats not all the time, my main focus is trying to better my diet and doing more abdominal workouts.

hope this goes well for you OP!
What kind of pics? While we are lifting like OP and his wife? The most important part about lifting is diet. You need to be eating you BMR(Body Macronutrient Ratio, look it up) Eat proper amount of good food, stay away from the junk. Plenty of rest and lots of water.

If you want my work out I will post it here every day I work out. Each exercise(if you don't know it look it up), each set of each reps.

Check out his workout if you're looking for something. You don't need anything fancy, just the big compound lifts.

I just started this week, cutting.
been doing the cardio/ab workouts from this guy. He also has a 350 rep work out which is mad burn.
just did this one yesterday, it was a bitch.

                      Legs, forearms, and abs Today.

                      3 sets of 10 seated calf raises: 196 x 10= 1960 x 3= 5880
                      3 sets of 10 standing palms up behind the back wrist curl: 155 x 10= 1550 x 3= 4650
                      3 sets of 10 cable wrist curl: 70lbs each arm: 140 x10= 1400 x 3= 4200

                      3 sets of 10 hanging pike: body weight 187 x 10= 1870 x 3= 5610

                      Total 77,955 in 2 days. 1,000,000 - 77,955= 922,045lbs to go in 88 days

After day 3 of our Million Pound challenge the body ready for a rest day! The Mrs. and I rocked out last night, I pounded shoulders, tris and abs, and she blasted her back.

I still use the 531 program as the foundation of my workouts. I like the splits and it helps me track my weight. I need to up the weight on a few lifts like the overhead press but I'll do that at the end of this cycle.

                            OHP

                            70X20
                            105X3
                            120X3
                            135X10

Lat pulls (I always superset a pull motion with the complex press motion or vise versa)

                            160x10
                            170x10
                            180x10
                            190x10

rear lateral flies (deficit work, start with 30 then 15 then 5, 30 reps = 1 set)

                            30x10
                            15x10
                            5x10

                            x3

                            DB shoulder press

                            120x10
                            130x10
                            140x6
                            90x5

                            Side lateral cable pulls

                            40x10

x2 (Started to feel some slight soreness so I called it quites on the shoulders)

                            Dips (body weight)

                            245x10
                            x3

                            Cable tri extensions

                            50x20
                            75x10x3

                            Log cutters (GREAT oblique workout!)

                            130x20
                            160x20
                            200x20

Land mines (Forgot how hard these are, really blasts your upper abs and obliques)

                            55x10

                            x4

Also did leg raises but I won't count weight for those.

                            My total was 39,115lbs.

                            The wife totaled 20,005lbs.

Last nights total 59,120lbs. + Running total of 92,370lbs. put us at an overall total of:

                            151,490LBS.

Not bad for 3 days haha!

At the pace you are going OP you will easily reach 1,000,000lbs by yourself in 90 days. If you can average 100,000lbs a week for 10 weeks(roughly 2 months and 2 weeks or 70 days) there is your million. I work out four days a week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. That gives me four days to get 100,000lbs at an average of 25,000 pounds a day, that is a realistically attainable goal for me. Thursday, Saturday and Sunday are rest days. Abs three days a week. Keep it up everybody!

this is interesting! My height is 6"0' and I weigh in at 170 lbs. I'm actually trying to gain weight and mass so this won't work. But I'm going to start tracking my overall weight I've done. A new take on the regular grind of pumping iron.
