They might want to get back to doing the dirtydirty and won't be able to with you hanging around in your drawers.
If they're cool with it then it's a good idea.2011 1M Alpine white/black

I would have stayed as the parents were cool with me. After I let my GF stay over a couple of nights quickly changed my dad's mind on the idea of living at homeIf it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!

I've recently been moving around a lot, too.
Was living with my long term gf, was great then she broke up with me.
Needed somewhere to go so I crashed at my parents place for a few nights.
Moved in with Northern for a month but they had already promised their spare room to another friend for a while.
Leave there, crash with parents for about a month. It was ok at first but then was unbearable.
Put out a cry for help on FB, another friend had a room they needed rented. Took that up.
And the details are: When I was living with Northern it was awesome because they didn't charge me any rent (I spent a lot of money on car parts/getting drunk that month) and it was super close to my work. Had a garage for car part storage, paved driveway to work on stuff, etc.
My parents live out in the country, like an hour's drive from the city/work/all my friends, but they didn't charge me anything for rent. I was going through a shitty time getting over the breakup and I think a while away from everything helped me out some. Eventually I realized that my parents and I just didn't understand each other and I also felt shitty being 24 and crashing with them after a couple weeks or so. The drive sucked, my car is shitty on gas (M50/G250/3.73@130km/h for two hours daily) but the pros were that there is a garage out there and they didn't make me pay them anything.
Honestly I think it was the embarrassment of being a grown ass man and mooching off my parents. As I said at first I rationalized it by saying I was going through some shit and just needed a helping hand, which was true at first, and parents were happy to help but I knew when I had to get out.
Basically I'm going to echo what others have said, for me personally I'd rather live on my own dime, on my own terms with room mates or a lone and be poor vs. saving a few bucks and living in a situation that doesn't make you happy.
Even if you do enjoy your job, which honestly, most people don't, home time is when you're supposed to be happy, relaxing and not stressing or feeling shitty.
If you can scrape it without totally fucking yourself over, find a place with a room mate and hope they're not crazy. For all things 24v, check out Markert Motorworks!Originally posted by mbonanniI hate modded emtree, I hate modded cawrz, I hate jdm, I hate swag, I hate stanceyolokids, I hate bags (on cars), I hate stuff that is slowz, I hate tires.

Fuck... I was planning on living with my parents for a year or so after I graduate to pay off my debt... now I'm starting to rethink that.
At first when I was depressed from not being able to find a job, we fought all the time. I was constantly passive-aggressive toward them. It sucks not having your own space and being able to bring women home. Even though my parents are very understanding and welcoming, I still feel like I'm mooching and living in someone elses space.
For the purposes of saving money, I think its worth it to stay with the parents for a while if you can get along. But at the first decent opportunity, I'm out of there.
Just my 2 centssigpic
