I see what you are saying and I agree with you, I just took what you said the wrong way. The way I look at is even the legendary film photographers of the last century spent a lot of time on post processing in the darkroom too. Go to an Ansel Adams exhibit and you might see 3-5 different original versions of the same picture.
Photoshop is the digital darkroom :)
Word- thats the problem with the interweb- you cant hear vocal emphesis
:)
The more I look at my old pics, the more I dont want to leave Idaho. I suppose variety awaits.
Are you in an Industrial Design program (or actually working in the field) or Photography, or what? Art Institute?
TJ- I don't really know where I'm moving. SLC for a month or two, Oklahoma City for a month or two(help my dad Turbo his 535) Then after that, who knows? My girlfriend might be moving to the UK this summer to train horses... Maybe i'll tag along and go on a Europe photo tour :)
IDT is awesome- I was studying it at AIS, but the IDT program isn't that great there and I started to hate the subject matter so I dropped it like 3rd period french.
You'd be surprised. Half of our clients don't even have DVD readers in their systems. Quite the bitch when you have to deliver files that are 127mb each.
