you guys are killing me. Grew up in NH and snowboarded till I was 16. Then the parents moved to GA and I havent been but twice in the last 19 years. Need to get back into it.

Haven't dusted off the Volkls yet, but I'm pretty sure I remember where I left them. I'm not going to fall into the trap of saying how epic this year is going to be; I did that last year and then life happens and I managed to get out all of... once. To a shitty little hill.

If nothing else, my goal is to make it to Mad River Glen this year. Never been, always wanted to try it out.

I haven't been on a mountain in 10 years and I miss the shit out of it. I need to get back into it, but it probably won't be this year :(

Day 3 in the books. I'll be working at Winter Park again this season, my job includes a 2 hour ride break every day, so I can ride 7 days a week if my legs can keep up. I'm really gonna try & do more filming this year and hopefully get a few edits together. The other goal is to make it to more mountains, I tend to get lazy & never go anywhere. Tough to justify when I can ride so many places for damn near free...

Gah I know how it is - ever since i moved down to Toronto a few years ago as a student it's been hard to get back homewards further east where the land isn't as flat as chicago.
I still get trips in, but it's next to impossible for casual weekend trips

I'm really looking forward to this season. Last season I only got to go twice to a crappy local hill, but will try to make time for a couple trips to Boyne in Michigan this year. If there are any other Michigan guys that like to snowboard, then hit me up.

I have an excess of time off, should do a r3v ski trip somewhere in the northeast.

Mary Jane opened today, just got done doing some laps with our Flow rep. I have to say, Ive never ridden Flow bindings and I was impressed with them. Comfortable & adjustable, quick transition from toe to heel, and lots of compliance nose to tail. Slashing turns in the 24" of snow we got out of last weeks' storm didn't hurt the experience.

I picked up a pair Now IPO's. It's crazy the difference I felt compared to my Burton Cartels.

You guys are seriously making me consider a new board. I have boots that are only 1 season old, and a kickass set of bindings that I refuse to let go. Only thing that is questionable is my old ass gnu board. I keep it going though, full of ptex.

                                It just may be time.
