One time at a party I was sitting like sad Keanu at the bottom of the steps leading up to the back porch. There was a squirrel about 15 feet away and he was just staring at me. I picked up a wine cork that was laying on the ground next to me and offered it to the squirrel. He walked over to me and grabbed the cork from my outreached hand and nodded and ran up a tree with it.

Yea I think karma is real. Not like in a mystical sense, like there is something out in the universe controlling it all, but it's kind of like do good things and good things happen. What happened to OP, however, I do not believe is karma. Like that one guy said, cats are pretty smart, he could tell you were down and decided to be nice to you.Comment

I think Sleeve was onto something too, animals are super intuitive in my experience and pick up on things you just wouldn't believe! Karma as a cosmic force yes or no?
