He's right guys. I graduated last may, and i've been working every since.. although i have some vacation days here and there.. it's work work work for the rest of my life..... but for some reason, you dont appreciate "not working" until you're doing it for a living...
But it IS nice having your own income and to do what you please with it... that i will say I enjoy.

I don't know what the cirriculum requires at UT, but make sure you take a wide variety of subjects early on and decide what you want to study by the end of Sophmore year.
I went to the University of Rochester and changed my major a million times. I went from Math --> Pre-Med --> Econ --> Brain and Cognitive Science. I really liked Brain and Cognitive Science but didn't realize until the middle of my fourth year. I stayed a fifth year but still didn't have the credits for a BCS major, so I ended up taking the 2 Econ. classes I needed for an Econ. major and graduated. If I had taken an intro Psych/BCS class earlier on and realized I liked it, I would have been able to graduate with a BCS major.
Now I have to work a couple years in a job that I don't really like so that I can afford to go back to school. So figure out your major early, or at least earlier than I did. And start going to your career counselor early on too, I didn't do that until after I graduated.
Oh yeah, don't forget to :drink: and fuck bitches. (I may have partied a little too much though, seeing as it took me over 5 years to graduate)
Why do you think I have a law degree because I get off on statues, yeah right, because I knew by my senior year in high school that workin' sucked and I was going to avoid for as long as possible.
