Glad to hear you are liking it. Just for the record, a 45 min commute is a great, lite commute, sometimes I spent double or more than that driving from the outskirts into the heart of the metropolitan area to get to work.

    Update:

Job is going great so far. The commute sucks and is usually around 45min in the morning, hour 10-15 in the evening. I don't really care, I know I'm sitting in traffic so it gives me some time to think.

Signed the lease for a place in Long Beach last night. No garage but has a massive fenced in, shared back yard, driveway patio. The landlord said he'd prefer if people not park there but it's a dialed spot to wash my car and maybe do some lite work. Pretty stoked. Some of my stuff shows up tomorrow so I'll hopefully be living there by the end of the weekend. Shit's moving quick. I fly back at the end of august to get my girlfriend, E34 and the rest of mine and her stuff.

Nebraska was the worst for me followed closely by New Mexico...Literally nothing to see...Nebraska is all flat and smells like shit (there is a weird bridge thingy that goes over the highway tho) and NM is up and down ad nauseum

Long Beach with a friend. Likely staying in the area. I really like it.
