R3V'ers who don't own an E30....

Just curious, I know there are plenty.

My current vehicles consist of a late model Saab, a 91 Civic, and a 96 Miata. I tried to get back into an E30 but I have found the recent pricing to be completely ridiculous. I refuse to pay 5 grand for a 25 year old car that needs to have something replaced.

Search the sf bay area craigslist, there are a few gems in there now for about 2-3k, and some crazy ones for 10k. Haven't seen any real cheap beaters or fixer uppers though.

I totaled mine after having a seizure on the freeway. I'm all set now but I agree. Five grand for a 200K miles 325e that's had "work" done? No thanks. Love what the community was but by now you just can't trust how most e30's been treated. A definite civic like buying mentality.
