I added the e30 and my insurance went down to $62 a month from $72 and that's the most I've ever paid for insurance, and I've had a huge SUV and a motorcycle. It's only that high because the matrix needed full coverage for a loan. Once I sell and drop that pos I'll be paying like $12 a month. 27 (today!!) years old, great driving record, car isn't worth the tires I put on it.

*le sigh*
MFers
I pay cough cough uh 400+ a month for PLPD on an E39 M5 & a 1994 530i wagon. Only thing keeping me from a new car is insurance. I may have been caught speeding twice among other things sigh. I think one of the bigger thing to do with the rate hike is when I full coverage on my 08 Subaru Lego I used it because I had to. 3 hit & runs a tree fell on my car got cut off eh. meh.

damn, I used to pay ~50/mo for PLPD on my e30, then after the mazda and that company not wanting to insure a grey market iX, I went to my current broker and ended up paying 225/mo for PLPD on a "modified" 325is, a grey market iX, and full coverage on a mazda 3 for myself and my common-law spouse.
My record is pretty clean (one speeding ticket 2 years ago for 25 over in the adjacent province that supposedly isn't on my record, and like 30-something parking tickets.)
It dropped to $160/mo now, but damn I'm jealous.Originally posted by priapismMy girl don't know shit, but she bakes a mean cupcake.Originally posted by shamesonUsually it's best not to know how much money you have into your e30
