My insurance rates are awesome, and yours are not.

Just for the sake of showing off I'd like to share that I pay $21.25 per month, OR $255 per YEAR to insure my 1990 BMW 325ic.

this includes unlimited flatbed towing for up to 65miles per trip, and $125 of roadside assistance per year.

    carry on,
    Mr. Burns.

I'm 35 with a *now* perfect driving record (was high risk in my 20's)

it's also "classic car insurance" they allow you so many KM's per year, and since I only drive the car in the summer on nice days, I don't go near the allotted KM's. (which is 8000miles per year)

not full coverage, but my car was appraised at $10K and I have $2mil. liability.

                Lame.

Of course collector car insurance is cheap, limited mileage, must be garage kept, etc etc.

how is paying $21 a month lame.

yes, I keep my e30 in my garage.

I also auto-x it to my hearts desire, and I'll be damned if I ever come close to hitting anywhere close to that 8K mileage limit.

my summers also include an interprovincial road trip with the top down.

if you shop around, you can get super cheap insurance for your e30.

unless you're like 16 and hellbent on hooniniging, and DD'ing a car you're trying to hold together with hopes and "illest" stickers.

Yeah, this has been discussed before, and really only applies to those of us who garage our cars and drive them 3-6K miles/yr. I have an agreed value ($15K), no deductible policy on my car and I think I pay $375.00 or something like that. But carry on...

why does anyone care about how many posts they have?

"So I'm chattin' up this hot chick at the bar and she's totally not interested...THEN, I tell her I'm OG on R3v. She literally grabbed my cock and dragged me to the loo for a quickie right there." Said no one. Ever.
