People driving slow in the left lane. I do a lot of driving for work. This is not really a problem in light traffic, its easy enough to go around. However, in heavy traffic, how does someone not realize they are a fucking asshole with a line of cars waiting to get by. Even if nobody ever taught you the general rules of highway driving, how can you not be aware of your surroundings enough to know you're doing it wrong. I-4 between Orlando and Tampa is a miserable stretch of highway!
