I guess I forgot every step

I don't know what was wrong with me but I filled the coolant from the reservoir instead of the upper radiator hose and I am thinking there was not enough coolant in the system to circulate or sum shit barly could get any to come out of the bleeder and I didn't notice a problem until water started leaking out of the overflow at the top of the radiator and then just a minute later it starts boiling.....I never even saw it get past the 3/4 mark on the temp gauge

But i then filled it back up(just topped it off with straight water cause i figured i blew it)

Kinda hate my self right now not in a great spot to drop $200 on a headgasket kit and to get the head decked

Uggg this was the fluid change since I did the 5 speed swap and engine reseal
I'm just retarted

Are you sure its blown did you have the heater on full blast

I have never had a problem bleeding and never actually used the bleed screw just filled the resevoir and let it run with the cap off and keep topping it off as the air comes out

How do you even fill from the radiator hose?

Don't jynx me I just redid my 5speed sway wiring

I didnt know it could be that easy....i am sitting there with the front jacked up an inch and i am reving the car up while working with the bleed screw
i'll definitely check again tomorrow...sadly(maybe that help me sleep)
Buy for some reason bleeding my coolant system is impossible for me but before this the car drove perfectly fine for 6 months and never even lost a drop of coolant so I know there wasn't a blown head gasket before this

And I bipassed the heater core so I don't turn the heat on
I hope I am just retarted
I have never taken my car to the shop and have done everything except for rear subframe
And for some reason the biggest obstacle's for me are fixing my brake light problem and bleeding my coolant

Dammit now I kind of have hope this is messing with my head.....hopefully if I do it with the rad cap off, it won't go crazy when a gallon of air tries to rush out of a pin sized hole

I would be really really surprised if you popped the head gasket while bleeding the coolant. Are you getting white smoke out of the exhaust or any other singes like oil in your coolant overflow tank? If you lived near me Id let you use my head gasket test kit. It just sniffs the air in your radiator and chemically tests if there is any carbon monoxide in it.

All of that is definitely good but i didnt know if it would take a while to show those symptoms
I may get a jacket and test it with the cap off.
And yea its cold as hell out here but I have heated seats!!!!and something broken inbetween my firewall and I can't get that damn thing out so I keep putting it off....still have heater core in the car
Some cold drives with all the windows down and the air on full blast so you don't fog up the windows while your driving, having really thought much about that till now haha
