1070 should be a great card for the price. I would definitely go with that over a 1080.

Going to get a GTX1070 to replace my 660ti. I am excited for the upgrade.

I'm definitely going to be getting a GTX1070 and hopefully a 1440p monitor when I build a new computer. I've got a bunch of older games in my Steam library that I haven't even played yet so I'm playing all those on my aging HD6970 before upgrading and playing the newer games.

Anyone picking up (or already got one of) the new Nvidia GPUs? GTX1080 is a bit rich for my wallet, but I am thinking GTX1070 looks to be a sweet card for the money. Just waiting for the cards to be in stock and the custom cards to get released...

As far as games go, I currently play FIFA, TF2, a bit of HL2 DM, GTA V. Looking forward to a few games coming up, especially Dishonored 2.

10 years since Half-Life 2: Episode 3 announcement, almost 9 years since the Orange Box launch, and we've yet to see or hear any news about Half-Life from Valve. Fucking unbelievable.

Ugh.. Almost completely forgot how disappointed I've been the past few years from it not being released

I do agree with the standalone mic. My meteoric just hangs out in the corner where my monitors meet. I never even think about it, but my teammates can hear me just fine.


This thing was well built, the buttons are gone (daughter got ahold of it), but it's 4 years old and still kidding ass.
