3.8 but with what major? Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, blah blah, doubt it. I am happy with my 3.26 GPA so far after two years as a Biology major. Micro, chemistry, physiology, biostatistics, they all suck.

It's kinda funny... this is the first time in @ 7 years I have thought about my sat score.... shows you how much it really matters later in life. I guess it matters for about six months in your life and then that's it. Crazy.

740 - u.s. history
710 - physics (retook it but haven't gotten score back. hopefully it'll be higher)

Wow, look at the big brains on the rev crew. Maybe you should all contact your local Mensa chapters. I took the SAT 13 years ago, I scored a 1080. I have to admit, I was a little high going in. I was convinced that bong hits would make the test more enjoyable. They did. I'm a college grad, with a BA in Economics, graduated cum laude. yay for me.

24 on the ACT.

Whateva, barely 'studied' for the ACT and didn't at all on the SAT.

Graduated high school with ~2.9 GPA

I graduated college with a ~3.2 GPA with a Bachelors of Science in Network and Communications Management and am returning this fall for my masters.

Those numbers mean nothing besides I do bad on tests. Those numbers do not relate to your salary, and count for basically nothing in real life (at least in my experience). There's nobody I went to school with that got a higher GPA that I feel knows more then me or will do better in their career, specifically due to the scores. That's why I hate SAT's.

old thread but i feel like joining in on the fun...

First time:
570 writing, 570 verbal, 670 math...prep course

Second time:
560 writing, 500 verbal, 680 math...no prep

total combined to give me 1250 old, and 1250+570 for the new

funny story though, my uncle is the epitome of the slacker genious...partied the night before hungover, probably a little hazy and scored 1580 no prep. this was like 1970 something
