You're in good company! Haha. I know I'm biased but the Cortina is a great beginner car once you finish the tutorial. Cheap, controllable, and pretty easy to upgrade. Also bonus cool points for not using downforce!

I've been messing around with the RX7 and I've gotten used to it, but I think I'm gonna pick up a 2002 turbo. That was my main car in Forza 5 and Horizon.

Fair enough, it's a good alternative for sure. The updated suspension doesn't hurt either!

It sure is! I also custom-made every decal on that car which you can get for other cars if you want, too. I dunno how you search for those things, but I labeled the logos as what they are and the car as "Mouton Quattro" I think.

I just tried public online lobbies for the first time and learned two things:

1) My hand is still too swollen.
2) It's a freaking warzone out there. Seriously. There was one person---in four races---who was able to run side-by-side without a violent shoulder-check or obvious pitch in a braking zone. And people sitting in the track waiting to hit you?! Really?

O yea i hate online you go in expecting people to race clean but sadly its the opposite. The pit maneuver is a favorite amongst them. Only way to race online is to turn collisions off
